Detra Bickerstaff, Chief Human Resources Officer

Detra Bickerstaff, Chief Human Resources Officer. Detra Bickerstaff joined South Fulton Medical Center in February 2005 and serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer.  Ms. Bickerstaff has over 15 years of healthcare experience with 10 of those years in human resources and five years in direct nursing care.  She oversees all aspects of human resources, including employee health and Tenet Healthcare’s “Target 100 – Employee Satisfaction” initiative.  Ms. Bickerstaff holds a master’s degree in human resources and organizational development from the University of Georgia in Athens and a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
